Shipping & Returns
EasierRobotics is an Acroname, Inc store front designed supply high-quality robotics and automation related sensor and interface technologies. The selection of products carried by EasierRobotics is the result of Acroname's 20 years of experience in the robotics and automation industry.
PLACING AN ORDER
There are several ways to place an order with EasierRobotics:
- Via EasierRobotics.com using any major credit card

- Call +1-720-564-0373 between 9AM and 5PM Mountain Time
Current pricing is listed and updated on on each individual product page. You can also use the shopping basket to tally total order costs, including shipping and/or any applicable taxes. Pricing or Quoting an order does not obligate you in any way to complete a purchase. Most products are in stock unless otherwise noted.
For most items, we offer a 5% discount on 10+ units of any one item. Some items have additional volume discounts. These volume discounts will be automatically calculated in your shopping basket as will any product specific discounts EasierRobotics offers. We do not offer any educational discounts or provide samples. For large volume purchases (>50 units), please contact us directly for details, price breaks and lead times.
Shipping methods and costs are shown during the checkout process. You will have a chance to review the total before entering credit card information and submitting the order. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you need Saturday delivery, please choose Next Day Air and use the notes field to indicate Saturday delivery. Additional fees will apply and your new order total will be confirmed with you before billing and shipping.
Shipping cutoff time is 3:00PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. If your order is received before then, it will most likely ship that day. Orders received outside those hours will ship the next business day. If we foresee any delay in shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All Expedited International orders will ship by UPS Express International unless another carrier is prearranged. Total cost of parts and shipping will be tallied through the online order process. International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes when the goods are imported into their country (Incoterms 2000 DDU (Delivery and Duties Unpaid); Incoterms 2010 DAP (Delivered at Place)).
EasierRobotics gladly accepts scheduled orders for large quantities to be delivered per your schedule. All shipments in the order should be taken within a 1 year period. Contact email@example.com to arrange your scheduled order.
EasierRobotics accepts all major credit cards.
We accept Purchase Orders once terms are established. If you have established terms with Acroname, your Purchase Order can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax (+1-720-564-0376) at any time. If you'd like to establish terms with Acroname, please contact email@example.com to make your request and receive further instruction. Granting terms, of any kind, is solely at the discretion of Acroname.
If making a payment by Wire Transfer, please contact us for bank details and further instructions. All funds must be in US dollars.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of invoice. All returns need to be fit for resale and in the original packaging. EasierRobotics will either replace or refund your money at your request if the return is within the guidelines described below.
In order to facilitate your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). EasierRobotics cannot accept any return without an RMA. Product returned due to customer error is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Some orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR). These are typically special orders or large quantity orders. Our sales team will let you know if your order is NCNR and the condition will be noted on your quotes and invoices. NCNR orders can not be returned or canceled.
